This page visualises the distribution of image texture and character Geoscience Australia's latest compilations of the gravity and magnetic models over Australia. Each image represents about 0.1 x 0.1 degrees. The data was corrected for broad regional trends.

Under the hood is a WebGL model of how the ResNet50 Convolutional Neural Network perceives "relatedness" and then a mapping of the computed relationships into 3-dimensional space using UMAP algorithm such that similar images appear near each other.
